Our Promise

Accessibility is not just a checkbox for us—it’s part of who we are. We’re constantly working to make sure that every person can explore, discover, and connect with the resources we offer no matter how they access our site or materials.

We do our best to follow recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, levels AA and in many cases AAA, that bring our site into conformance with the US Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (as well as similar regulations in Canada, the EU, and UK). But beyond standards, we care about real people and real experiences. If something isn’t working for you, we want to know—and we want to fix it.

What We’re Doing

To help ensure an inclusive experience, we’ve:

• Made sure text is readable and easy to adjust
• Used clear headings and consistent structure
• Added alt text to images so they make sense with screen readers
• Enabled full keyboard navigation
• Ensured colors and content pass contrast checks
• Worked with providers of third-party widgets on our site that are not 100% compliant to improve accessibility

We're Constantly Improving and Listening

We conduct periodic comprehensive accessibility audits with experts and online tools. We continue to improve our site based on feedback.
